With Spring on the horizon, visions of being baked on a beach comes to mind with a bikini ready body. Time to get out of hibernation mode and get healthy and eat well - especially for what I have planned this year......... Wedding and Honeymoon!
So I would like to share this delicious vegan recipe with you for my Mango, Banana & Cacao Smoothie Bowl. Ditch the carbs ( bread and beloved butter ) and get a dose of Mother Nature.
You will need:
Half a Mango
Frozen Coconut Milk cubes
Blend some coconut, the whole banana, mango, frozen coconut milk and some honey in blender.
Mix some honey and cacao and pour. Add the goji berries, blackcurrants, seeds and coconut - enjoy!

Acaì is the tastiest thing on my menu at the moment. This is a healthy and utterly delicious bowl of fruit and natural power. It's so easy to make and you can make it yourself.
If you don't have fresh Acaì in your supermarkets you will probably find them in the frozen aisle. Lets get down to the recipe.
You will need :
A good handful of Acaì berries or a frozen sachet
One frozen banana
Coconut Milk Powder
Cranberry Powder (if you wish)
Grab your blender and put in your Acaì berries, pour as little or as much Coconut Milk as you wish. Run your frozen banana under the tap and peel away the skin.
